ARTEMIS-JU Call 2010 Information Day & ARTEMIS Spring Event 2010

The next ARTEMIS-JU call for project proposals will open on 26 February 2010. This will be a two-stage approach with a deadline for the submission of Project Outlines and a deadline for the submission of Full Project Proposals. To help organisations prepare the project proposals, ARTEMIS Joint Undertaking is holding an Information Event for the Call 2010.

The information day on Monday 1 March 2010 will be held in combination with the ARTEMIS Spring Event and the embedded world conference & exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany. This creates a one-stop-shopping address where the ARTEMIS community can meet and greet between 1 and 4 March.

Monday 1 March

The ARTEMIS-JU Information Day for Call 2010 on 1 March enables you to:

• get all the call specifics first hand
• get all the answers to your questions about the ARTEMIS-JU Call 2010 working programme
• get an initial insight into how to submit your proposal (using the Electronic Proposal Submission Service - EPSS)
• speed up information processing
• build and enlarge your network
• meet the ARTEMIS-JU Call 2010 programme officers one-on-one  

Tuesday 2 March

The ARTEMISIA General Assembly will take place on 2 March. The annual ARTEMIS Focus Session will be located on the conference floor of embedded world 2010 itself and examine five projects of the ARTEMIS call 2008. The conference organisers consider this session a highlight. It is free of charge for all ARTEMIS Spring registrants.

Worth knowing: participants of the ARTEMIS Spring Event receive a discount for the whole embedded world conference (2, 3 & 4 March) and free entry to the exhibition floor where ARTEMISIA and ARTEMIS-JU will be present in Hall 9, stand 625.
